Revising the Programmes
States that the contractor is to show on each revised programme: Progress achieved and its effect upon the timing of remaining work Effects of Compensation events and notificated early warning matters Plans for dealing with delays and notified defects (clause 32.1)(resource assessment required) Other Proposed Changes to the accepted programmeVarious Delay Analysis methods for achieving this Actual progress needs to be shown Completion is the end date shown on the accepted programme Mobile not fixed at commencement Each revised programme submitted for acceptance will therefore: Be a set of documents and not just a programme schedule
Submitting Revised Programmes
(Clause 32.2)Programmes to be submitted: When instructed by the Project Manager Contractor must submit reply within period stated in Contract data When the Contractor chooses to do so Potentially serious implications if this is undertaken regularly as can place burden PM who must respond At the intervals stated in the contract data (Clause 33.1) Requires the Employer to allow the Contractor access to and use of each part of the site necessary for the work included in the contract or before the later date of: The access date (Contract data) Or The Date of access shown on the Accepted programme
